You are an owner of subnet and have a timeout problem on your mail server. Check if you have configured reverse DNS (H-Sphere doesn't configure it). If not, use the following instructions to create and configure it.
FireWall Configurator

You are going to move to another datacenter, or just change IPs on all or some of your servers. You need to create XML file for server migration or IP migration.
